ERT - Greece's state-run broadcaster - has only been available via the internet for the past week.<br/> <br />But it's won the legal right to resume broadcasting.<br/> <br />The station must be allowed to operate while a restructuring takes place.<br/> <br />Staff welcomed the ruling but their futures remain uncertain<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE)(Greek) ERT EMPLOYEE MARIA KARAGIANNAKI SAYING:<br/> <br />"I don't know what will happen next, we are trying to keep our spirits up, but we are being attacked politically."<br/> <br />The u-turn comes after the closure caused a split in the fragile coalition - sparking fears of an early election.<br/> <br />Athens stock exchange rose following the court ruling.<br/> <br />But the president of the ERT employees union says it's not enough.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE)(Greek) ERT UNION PRESIDENT PANAGIOTIS KALFAGIANNIS SAYING:<br/> <br />"The employees of ERT are all fired at the moment, but according to this ruling they should be working so they can put out a program in Greece and abroad.
