North Korean state TV released new images of Kim Jong-un on Wednesday inspecting military flight drills.<br/> <br />Kim was accompanied by his wife as he watched aircraft of the Korean People's Air Force taking off and landing.<br/> <br />The KRT network did not specify the date or location of the drill.<br/> <br />Also on Wednesday, Pyongyang's top nuclear envoy repeated an offer for international talks over his country's disputed nuclear programme during a meeting in China.<br/> <br />The trip to China comes just days after North Korea called for a rountable with the United States to ease tension that spiked earlier this year when the North threatened the US and South Korea with nuclear war.
