The President of Brazil is hoping her promise to spend an extra 25 billion dollars on public transport will overcome public anger.<br />Dilma Roussef also announced economic reforms to try and reduce inflation, as well as more money for new hospitals. <br />Al Jazeera's Gabriel Elizondo reports from Brasilia.
