PLEASE NOTE: EDIT CONTAINS CONVERTED 4:3 MATERIAL<br/> <br />Former U.S. Marine General James Cartwright, seen here in file footage, is at the centre of a major leak inquiry.<br/> <br />He's in the spotlight in a U.S. Department of Justice investigation into the leak of classified information.<br/> <br />NBC News is reporting that Cartwright allegedly revealed information connected to the Stuxnet computer virus used against Iranian nuclear facilities in 2008.<br/> <br />The virus temporarily disabled 1, 000 of Iran's centrifuges used to enrich uranium.<br/> <br />Cartwright was responsible for overseeing and running cyber operations between 2007 to 2011.<br/> <br />He also served as vice-chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
