With the fight between the CBI and the IB escalating over the Ishrat Jahan encounter case. The CBI is likely to file a chargesheet in the case stating that there is not enough evidence to prove that Ishrat was a Lashkar operative. This comes a day after the Gujarat High Court on Monday (June 1) rejected former Gujarat Top Cop PP Pandey's plea seeking quashing of FIR against him in the case.
