As government set to submit the affidavit to the Supreme Court on CBI autonomy, TIMES NOW accesses exclusive details of Centre's affidavit. The affidavit highlights that only President can remove the CBI Director. The affidavit also said that a collegium comprising of Prime Minister, Chief Justice of India and leader of opposition will be formed to select CBI Director.
