Doctors treat survivors of Asiana flight 214 for injuries ranging from spinal injuries to severe road rash

So I feel lucky."<br /> <br />Grateful words from 34-year-old Wen Zhang who grabbed her four-year-old son after her Asiana Airlines flight crash-landed in San Francisco Saturday. She walked off the plane through a hole in the bathroom.<br /> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (English) Wen Zhang, Asiana Crash Survivor:<br /> <br />"I'll fly again but I need some time."<br /> <br />San Francisco fire officials said 49 people were hospitalized with serious injuries.
