One of Britain's most wanted fugitives has been arrested in a panic room in his Spanish villa, near Malaga.<br /><br />Mark Lilley from Warrington near Manchester skipped bail in 2000 while on trial for drug trafficking.<br /><br />The operation involved 40 officers from the Serious Organised Crime Agency.<br /><br />Extradition proceedings are underway.<br />http://www.euronews.net/
