Vehicles believed to be carrying South Korean officials cross the border into North Korea on Wednesday - as progress towards reopening a jointly run industrial park continues.<br/> <br />They're coming here, to the Kaesong complex, which has been shut for several months.<br/> <br />The two sides are discussing steps to reopen the facility, with over 100 South Korean officials and businessmen visiting the site.<br/> <br />This South Korean delegate said this was the first step towards building trust, adding that talks centred on the normalisation of Kaesong's operations.<br/> <br />An inspection of the facility was also part of the visit, amid concerns that heavy rains may have affected operations and raw materials.<br/> <br />The visit is the first since April when North Korea closed the complex, withdrew all of its 53,000 workers, and banned South Korean firms from crossing the border.<br/> <br />The closure came amid rising tensions between Seoul and Pyongyang, when the North threatened strikes against the South
