Justin Bieber is making headlines again for his questionable behavior. Online tabloid TMZ has posted video of Bieber urinating in a mop bucket. The clip was shot earlier this year as the singer left a New York nightclub, exiting through a restaurant kitchen and stopping to relieve himself as he passed the bucket. Bieber then continues to exit, grabs a cleanser spray bottle and sprays it at a picture of Bill Clinton.<br/> <br />James Franco better have some thick skin. The actor is set to be roasted in a Comedy Central televised event. The U.S. network has yet to confirm who will participate in the show, but it will be taped in August and air in September.<br/> <br />Finally, South Korean pop star Rain received a warm welcome by his fans on Wednesday (July 10), after being discharged from the army upon his completion of his two-year military service. The 31-year-old singer finished his army assignment as an "entertainment soldier," promoting the military through TV and radio programs.
