Canadian group Aero Velo has successfully completed the once impossible. Since Michelangelo, man has been trying to create a helicopter machine to fly like a bird. <br /><br />We have since been to the Moon and back, but all of our flying machines have needed external forms of power, such as jet fuel. <br /><br />Now history has been made after the crew successfully flew the first Human-Powered Helicopter in the air for just over a minute using just the energy of the ‘pilot’ pedaling on a retro-fitted bicycle frame. <br /><br />http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=syJq10EQkog
