Police in Texas have freed at least three elderly men who were being held against their will in a house in Houston, Texas.<br/> <br />The men were found living in a filthy room with double locks on the doors, one chair, and no toilet or beds. Police said they appeared malnourished.<br/> <br />Officials said the men were lured into the home with promises of beer and cigarettes and were then forced to hand over their veterans benefit checks.<br/> <br />The men aged 80, 74 and one in his 50's were taken to a nearby hospital.<br/> <br />Police say a suspect is in custody, but no charges have been filed.
