ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION)<br/> <br />STORY: British Prime Minister David Cameron congratulated Prince William and his wife Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge, on the birth of their baby boy.<br/> <br />"It is an important moment in the life of our nation but I suppose it is above all a wonderful moment for a warm and loving couple who've got a brand new baby boy," said Cameron, who stepped out of his residence at Number 10 Downing street to make a brief statement.<br/> <br />"[The Royal family] can know that a proud nation is celebrating with a very proud and happy couple tonight," Cameron continued.<br/> <br />Kate gave birth on Monday to a boy, who becomes third in line to the British throne, ending weeks of feverish speculation about the royal baby.<br/> <br />The couple's first child was born at 4:24 p.m. (11:24 a.m. E), weighing 8 lbs and 6 oz.
