Tv9 Gujarat - Congress gives nod to creation of a separate Telangana state, Andhra Pradesh

Congress and the UPA coalition gives nod to creation of a separate Telangana state from out of Andhra Pradesh. Telangana will be 29th state of India comprising 10 districts and Hyderabad to be common capital for 10 years.
