Italy's highest court has upheld Silvio Berlusconi's conviction for tax fraud at his second and final appeal. The former Prime Minister was given a four-year jail sentence in the case related to the purchase of TV rights for his Mediaset network. Berlusconi says he is the victim of persecution.
