And thus according to reports, she has opted out of Shah Rukh Khan's Happy New Year. <br />As source close to the actress reveals that as much as Kat would like to do Happy New Year, she just cannot, as she is much committed to finishing YRF's Dhoom 3 with Aamir and Siddharth Anand's Bang Bang with Hrithik, before going into Abhishek Kapoor's film with Sushant and Kabir Khan's film with Saif. <br />Meanwhile, Farah's heroine in Happy New Year has to be a fast-talking Marathi girl and also a fabulous dancer, since it's the role of a beer bar dancer. Well as of now, Deepika is being considered for the said role.
