South Africa is launching a new identity card system which the government says will reduce identity fraud.<br /> <br />Some illegal immigrants are already trying to bribe officials to get one of the cards.<br /> <br />But for older South Africans, the new ID cards represent much more. <br /><br />Tania Page explains from Johannesburg.
