Fifty-nine African migrants have been rescued as they tried to cross the 13 km stretch of water separating Spain from Morocco at the Strait of Gibraltar on inflatable toy boats. <br /><br />Members of Spain's Maritime Safety Agency intercepted the crafts after they got caught up in strong winds.
