Italian police have rescued 161 migrants as they were trying to reach the eastern coast of Sicily. <br /><br />While normally those individuals wanting to enter Europe come from north Africa, this time the group, which included women and children, were from Egypt and Syria. <br /><br />Police escorted the 25 metre-long rusty fishing boat into a Sicilian port.<br />http://www.euronews.net/
