The Indian navy divers have said they've been unable to detect any signs of life on a submarine that was crippled by two explosions.<br />Eighteen sailors were on board the vessel in Mumbai at the time.<br />The cause of the blasts is not yet known in the Russian-made submarine which was one of three moored along the quayside when the incident happened.<br />Al Jazeera’s Charlie Angela reports.
