CAUGHT ON TAPE: Amber Alert Ends with Chase, Crash, Rescue

A dramatic car chase has ended and a baby found safe after an Amber Alert was issued. Kristen Howard’s friend Samantha Barrett stole the car with the baby inside. Barrett is in custody and the baby has been reunited with his mother.
