This department fulfils the responsibilities right from receiving the sales orders down through its execution. <br />All the correspondence with the customer is managed through an organized system. <br />Sales department is also responsible to provide information about the new products. <br />In response to the complaints & inquiries received from the market, the head sales & marketing initiates the CPR form and according to the sequence advised takes the appropriate action by bringing them into the notice of Quality Control & Management.
