The province of Cebu in the Philippines has declared a state of calamity after a ferry carrying fuel, oil and diesel sank after a collision with a cargo vessel. <br /><br />A slick is affecting around 20 percent of the coast known for its clear waters and coral reefs.<br /><br />At least 52 people were killed in the accident on Friday and 68 are still missing.<br />http://www.euronews.net/
