Spain's fishermen are protesting an artificial reef laid last month that disrupts their ability to fish in waters controlled by Gibraltar.<br />Britain has rejected talks with Spain over the issue of Gibraltar's sovereignty and is only willing to discuss fishing practices.<br />Al Jazeera's Jonah Hull reports from Gibraltar.
