The winner of Mali’s Presidential election has promised that he will work to bring together all his people to build a true democracy.<br /><br />Ibrahim Boubacar Keita was confirmed as the next leader of Mali by the constitutional court in Bamako on Wednesday.<br /><br />Keita will be sworn in as President at the start of next month.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Dominic Kane reports.
