(90g) cream cheeseâ…” cup (150 mL) sugar1 tsp (5 mL) pure vanilla extract2 cups (500 mL) all-purpose flourGraham Cracker Crumbs, for coating<br /><br />Preheat oven to 375ºF (190ºC).<br />In a bowl, beat together butter, cream cheese, and sugar. Mix in vanilla extract. Stir in the flour until well combined. Chill for half an hour.<br />Form into 1" balls, and roll in graham cracker crumbs to cover.<br />Place cookie balls onto a baking sheet. You can leave as balls or flatten with a fork if you wish. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until the edges are golden and the tops are slightly puffy.
