The row over fishing rights between Britain and Spain has brought other territorial disputes into the spotlight.<br /><br />Spain's enclave of Ceuta is surrounded by Morocco, which says the land is theirs.<br /><br />But the government in Madrid has no intention of giving it back.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Jonah Hull reports from Ceuta.
