Tv9 Gujarat - Karnal : Drunk policeman caught on camera shooting doctor

In Haryana, allegedly drunk policeman was caught on camera shooting on doctor. The police officer pulled out his revolver and shoot the doctor, the whole movement is captured in CCTV.
