A lawsuit filed by a man claiming Wal-Mart caused his wife’s death has moved up to the U.S District Court in Omaha. The lawsuit alleges a bag carrying two big cans split and the can fell on her foot. The cut ended up getting infected and despite antibiotics, she died less than a year later. He is looking for more than $650,000 in damages.
