The number of murders and other crimes in Honduras is rising, despite a recent promise by two notorious street gangs to end the violence in exchange for job training by the government.<br /><br />Thousands of troops have been deployed on the streets of San Pedro Sula, the city with the highest murder rate in the world, in a bid to prevent more violence.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Rachel Levin reports from San Pedro Sula.
