Since the horrific earthquake and tsunami disaster hit Japan in March 2011, the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant has been a constant problem. It's reported that tons of irradiated water flows into the sea daily while TEPCO is continually criticized for its poor management of the damaged plant cleanup.
