The UN is warning that Central African Republic is close to becoming a failed state.<br /><br />And if that happens, chaos threatens to engulf the entire region.<br /><br />But so far the only international security assistance being promised to the country is in the form of an African Union peacekeeping mission.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Nazanine Moshiri reports from the capital Bangui.
