All you need:<br /><br />3 tbsp CLUB HOUSE CAJUN ONE STEP SEASONING1 lb chicken breast½ cup ¼” diced mango¼ cup each ¼” diced red onion & diced green pepper <br />¼ tsp Club House ground black pepper1 tsp chopped fresh cilantrojuice of ½ lime<br /><br />All you do:<br />1. Rub chicken breast with seasoning. Place in preheated oven-‐proof skillet over medium-‐high heat without oil. Brown 2 minutes per side. Bake in preheated 400°F (200°C) oven 7 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Remove from oven.2. In medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients.3.
