On 7th September 2013, Narendra Modi ji will visit Chhattishgarh to address the Vikas Yatra of Chhattisgarh CM Dr. Raman Singh. It is reported that Lal quila of plast of Paris has been erected at the venue from where Modi will address program. Wonder what Government has to say on it.
