Croatia has been working hard to clear large numbers of minefields that are scattered across the land since the country's war of independence in the 1990s.<br /><br />There are currently 35 de-mining companies and 628 de-miners working everyday to clear land mines.<br /><br />66 workers having died in mine clearance operations since 1998 in the country.<br />http://www.euronews.net/
