Russian President Vladimir Putin ally Sergei Sobyanin is expected to win Mocow's heated mayoral race. Early results showed him with 53 percent of the vote -- enough to secure victory without having to hold a second-round runoff.<br/> <br />But that isn't sitting well with Opposition leader Alexei Navalny who is accusing the Kremlin of interfering at the polls.<br/> <br />SOUNDBITE: Russian Opposition Leader And Moscow Mayoral Candidate Alexei Navalny, Saying:<br/> <br />"We regard what's happening as a falsification which is being orchestrated by the Moscow mayor's office and electoral headquarters. We demand an immediate publication of the turnout figures."<br/> <br />Navalny says its too early for his competitior to declare victory and is demanding the election continue to a second round-runoff.
