Tv9 Gujarat - Muzaffarnagar violence : Death toll climbs to 21

Communal clashes rocked Muzaffarnagar on Saturday, death toll has climbed 21 including a journalist of a private channel. On Sunday Army troops moved to Shamli and Meerut to take precautionary measures.
