Veronica Valdez was at Southern California's Torrance Memorial Medical Center for a minor surgery when her anesthesiologist Dr. Patrick Yang cut out and placed a mustache and tears on her face while asleep. Veronica has filed a lawsuit against the hospital and Dr. Yang including his medical practice.
