Three British expats have been arrested in the Spanish tourist resort of Marbella for distributing nitrous oxide. <br /><br />Balloons filled with the gas which induces euphoria and laughing when inhaled, were sold at a bar.<br /><br />Nitrous oxide has legitimate uses but is banned in Spain for recreational purposes due to possible harmful side effects.<br />http://www.euronews.net/
