The Dutch government will officially apologise on Thursday for the massacre of Indonesians during colonial occupation.<br /><br />Thousands were killed by the Dutch in the war of independence which ended in 1949.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Step Vaessen reports from South Sulawesi.
