ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION)<br/> <br />Rescue teams pulled a man trapped in his submerged car to safety after flash floods collapsed bridges and roads in Boulder, Colorado and sent cars tumbling into raging streams. Workers spent several minutes prying open the door of his overturned vehicle amid surging water.<br/> <br />Colorado authorities say at least three drivers were rescued from the area which is near a major state highway.
