Talks in Geneva between the U.S and Russia over destroying Syria's chemical weapons are at a "pivotal point."<br/> <br />That's according to a U.S. official speaking on condition of anonymity.<br/> <br />President Barack Obama, after meeting with Kuwait's Amir, said he hoped negotiations will succeed but the White House is said to remain skeptical.<br/> <br />SOUNDBITE: U.S. PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA SAYING:<br/> <br />"I shared with the Amir my hope that the negotiations that are currently taking place between Secretary of State Kerry and Foreign Minister Lavrov in Geneva bear fruit…But I repeated what I've said publicly, which is any agreement needs to be verifiable and enforceable."<br/> <br />Meanwhile, utter frustration from United Nations chief Ban Ki-moon.<br/> <br />He told an audience on Friday that the U.N.
