As U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry and his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov celebrate their new proposal on eliminating Syria's chemical weapons arsenal, not everyone is happy.<br/> <br />News of the agreement has spread quickly, prompting a number of reactions, including disappointment for the Syrian National Coalition Ambassador for Gulf Cooperation Council Countries, Adib Shishakli.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (English) SYRIAN NATIONAL COALITION AMBASSADOR FOR GULF COOPERATION COUNCIL (GCC) COUNTRIES, ADIB SHISHAKLI, SAYING:<br/> <br />"Any deal, or anything discussed between Russia and the U.S., it wasn't in coordination with the Syrian Coalition. Our view is this regime cannot be trusted."<br/> <br />The deal stipulates that Syria provide a list of its stockpiles within a week, U.N. inspectors be in Syria no later than November, and any weapons be completely destroyed by the middle of 2014.<br/> <br />Syrian President Bashar al-Assad said this week he would turn in information on his stockpiles in 30 days,
