International community expresses caution over U.S.-Russian deal on Syria

As U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry and his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov celebrate their new proposal on eliminating Syria's chemical weapons arsenal, not everyone is happy.<br/> <br />News of the agreement has spread quickly, prompting a number of reactions, including disappointment for the Syrian National Coalition Ambassador for Gulf Cooperation Council Countries, Adib Shishakli.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (English) SYRIAN NATIONAL COALITION AMBASSADOR FOR GULF COOPERATION COUNCIL (GCC) COUNTRIES, ADIB SHISHAKLI, SAYING:<br/> <br />"Any deal, or anything discussed between Russia and the U.S., it wasn't in coordination with the Syrian Coalition.
