Shots were fired on Monday morning at the Washington Navy Yard in the U.S. capital city, the Navy said.<br/> <br />A shooter was being sought inside a building housing the Naval Sea Systems Command headquarters.<br/> <br />Local media reports several have been wounded, at the heavily guarded facility, workplace for about 3,000 people.<br/> <br />A shelter in place order has been given for personnel at the facility.
