In an unprecedented maritime salvage operation, engineers in Italy have slowly dragged the Costa Concordia cruise ship off the reef where it has been stuck since January 2012.<br /><br />But progress was much slower than predicted and the operation to rotate the luxury liner from its capsized position to upright was set to stretch into Tuesday.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Charlie Angela reports from Giglio, Italy.
