Iran will never build nuclear weapons according to the country's new President Hassan Rohani.<br /><br />In an interview broadcast on US network NBC he said he had full authority to negotiate with the West over Tehran's controversial uranium enrichment programme. <br /><br />He went on to describe a recent letter sent to him by US President Barack Obama as "positive and constructive".<br />http://www.euronews.net/
