A day of reckoning in Libya.<br/> <br />Saif al-Islam the heir apparent to his father Muammar Gaddafi appears in court in Zintan where he will face charges of war crimes.<br/> <br />He told the court he would like his trail to take place in Zintan -- where he has been held for two years -- rather than be transferred to Tripoli.<br/> <br />Saif al-Islam was a powerful figure in his father's government and has been accused of orchestrating brutal reprisals against anti-Gaddafi protesters.<br/> <br />The International Criminal Court also wants to try him for alleged crimes committed during the 2011 uprising that toppled his father.<br/> <br />Zintan fighters caught Saif al-Islam in the southern desert, a month after his father was captured.<br/> <br />The case was adjourned until December 12.<br/> <br />In Tripoli, Libya's former intelligence chief Abdullah al-Senussi was also in court Thursday along with other former officials.<br/> <br />He faces charges related to the uprising in 2011.<br/> <br />He is also wanted by the Interna
