ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION)<br/> <br />Police say 13 people were shot in a park on Chicago's south side Thursday night (Sept. 20) including a 3-year-old boy who was shot in the head.<br/> <br />Three-year-old Deonta Howard and two others were in critical condition.<br/> <br />Investigators believe the violence is gang-related violence.<br/> <br />Witnesses say gunmen opened fire on the crowded park.<br/> <br />The boy's aunt, Kailynn Jordan, told reporters the toddler was playing basketball in the park when the shooting happened<br/> <br />His grandmother, Tracy Gautreaux, urged the shooters to turn themselves in, telling a reporter "God sees all".<br/> <br />"I'm just asking that everybody praying that his violence just stops. It's too many kids getting hurt out here," said Gautreaux.<br/> <br />The shooting is the latest in a wave of violence in Chicago. The city has had more than 1,600 shooting incidents this year.
