Nairobi mall siege in second day, Kenyans answer call to give blood to wounded

As the deadly mall siege in the Kenyan capital of Nairobi continues into a second day, Kenyans do one of the only things they can do while they wait.<br/> <br />They're donating blood to help the scores of injured victims in Saturday's attack, which left at least 59 people dead, including children.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (English) NAIROBI RESIDENT, ABSALOM OGAYA, SAYING:<br/> <br />"We have lost a lot of life and of course a lot of kids and many things which are negative to us so we come out as Kenyans to put ourselves together, help and donate blood to our fellow Kenyans."<br/> <br />The government believes 10-15 Somali Islamists are still holed up inside the Westgate shopping mall with an unknown number of hostages.<br/> <br />The militants oppose Kenya's military presence in neighboring Somalia.<br/> <br />Kenya's opposition leader and former Prime Minister Raila Odinga says the gunmen are still in control.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (English) KENYA'S OPPOSITION LEADER AND FORMER PRIME MINISTER, RAILA ODINGA, SAYING:
