Train passengers in the EU are entitled to partial refunds in the event of significant delays - even if they are caused by severe weather conditions.<br /><br />The European Court of Justice ruled that under existing regulations, rail companies were not exempt in cases of "force majeure".<br /><br />It says compensation is due for delays of over an hour.<br />http://www.euronews.net/
